Capacity planning adds a much-needed feature to WorkflowMax. It allows you to plan out the capacity of your team by scheduling services to be delivered on specific months using the intuitive interface.

The capacity planner allows you to set up the capacity of your company by setting the number of hours each team can work each month.
For teams with staff who can work across multiple services, you can also set up the split of time between services.
The planner takes into account the number of work days each month, annual leave, public holidays, and allows a proportion of time to be set aside for non-billable work.
