Manage Leads

Leads are categorised into “Initial contact”, which is where all new clients start. Once the initial consultation has taken place the lead moves into the “Pre-quote” phase, where the lead is qualified and a quote is prepared. Once the quote has been prepared and sent to the client, the lead moves into the “Quote sent” phase. Finally, once the quote has been won or lost, the lead moves into the “Won” or “Lost” phase.

Leads can have followup dates set, and can be assigned to staff members.

Reporting

To manage a business effectively, it is important to track the size and health of the sales pipeline. How many quotes are currently out? How many leads are in the pipeline? How many leads are being won or lost?

The Lead Manager provides a number of reports to help you track the health of your sales pipeline such as: Leads by stage, Leads by source, value of open quotes, and new vs repeat clients.
